My client is now looking to secure the skills of an exceptional recruiter to join their very professional team and become a high billing consultant in the short term with a view to moving to management within one year.
The company have a strong record of achievement within their sectors which include, but are not limited to; nuclear, NDT, engineering, rail +++. They are looking for an individual with flair and a passion for the recruitment profession, one who can not only win business, but qualify and close it!
The company will offer an open ended basic salary to attract the candidate they are looking for plus benefits commensurate with a profitable organisation. Training is available if required to REC standards and as aforementioned; promotions are granted by performance against targets and general personability.

RECRUITMENT RESOURCER - Newcastle upon Tyne area:
Must have excellent admin skills, good customer service levels and most importantly, be able to persuade others to your way of thinking.
THE ROLE:
To support the sales team in all aspects of their job including:
Advert writing
Applicant screening for suitability
CV searching
Check in/out of workers
Time sheet reconciliation
Interviewing candidates
Liaising with clients
Phone cover at weekends and after hours
Reference taking
Authorisation to work documentation completion
This role would suit an individual who has some recruitment experience at a similar level, but who is looking for a fast track to recruitment consultant and higher. Candidates must hold a valid UK car licence and ideally have their own transport.
Salary is negotiable but will probably be from £13K to £16K and you will have a phone and a good commission structure in place so you can earn significantly more through your successes.

Candidate must be able to drive and ideally have their own car, but the company will supply a vehicle for the right person.
